Cathy Brillhart
Originally from San Francisco, Cathy has fond memories of theatre events, art museums and the beautiful scenery the Bay area affords. She has also lived in southern California, Seattle, and Sacramento. Prior to her legal career, she worked in the telecommunications industry in corporate America. She later ran her own business, a plant nursery, in the Sacramento area with fourteen employees.
Always inquisitive and having an interest in learning more about the law, she went back to college in 2010, receiving a paralegal degree in 2012. Cathy has worked as a paralegal for Matt Millea for 10 years. Cathy loves working with clients and providing them with the understanding and guidance necessary to navigate through the maze of the judicial system. When we get clients compensation for their injuries, she finds it very satisfying. She enjoys working with Attorney Matt Millea. Cathy finds Matt to be a thoughtful, thorough litigator who always puts the needs of clients first.
Cathy has been married to her husband, Hal, for over 20 years. They met when he was her golf coach in Sacramento. They moved from Sacramento to the Phoenix area in 1999 and consider the Valley of the Sun home. They have a pet parakeet named Pickles (he is a rescue found at a pickleball court). When not in the office Cathy enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, reading, and entertaining friends and family. She is also passionate about her artistic endeavors as a mixed media artist.
